OOC: CHARACTER PERMISSION MEME

☆ Threadhopping with this character - yes/no/maybe so?:
Sure~

☆ Backtagging with this character - yes/no/maybe so?:
Yep.

☆ Hugging this character?:
If you're a female, he'll accept it. Being a male.. well he'll twitch in anger and maybe stab you with his lance. But you have to have a pretty good relationship with Lancer to be on a hugging level.

☆ Giving this character a kiss?:
Same thing as hugging.

☆ Punching this character:
He can take a blow, but just watch out, he may just strike you back, depending on your own character meme.

☆ Is there anything ought not be mentioned near this character?:
Everything is okay around this character. He won't throw himself into depression.

☆ Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, fighting abilities, STUFF:
UH JUST HIS COOL lance in which you can't heal from its strike. Let's sat for example you get struck on the Plane. It won't heal. But when you go back to you're own reality, it will be gone. Same thing if you interact with him, and get stabbed in his or your own deminsion.

☆ Anything else, please mention here:
He gets testy when the mention of his past master Bazett is mentioned. :(

OOC: Application

Character: Lancer
Series/Fandom: Fate Stay Night
Deviance: 1 (From the original Canon)

Age: Mid 20's
Gender: Male
Species: Servant

Appearance: http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i116/skymaiden/Fate%20Stay%20Night/oy649edsb346sklb437.jpg

Psychology: Lancer is a fierce fighter, when it comes to battles. He keeps his mind focused on completing the task at hand. If anything gets in his way, that certain thing will be eliminated with no questions asked. Essentially, he has a hard exterior when fighting, but when he isn't risking his life in fighting, he likes to relax, and spend some time alone fishing or doing an activity that rids him of his worries for the time being. When it comes to being around humans, he doesn't mind them too much. With humans, he's on solid ground with them, but he hates cowards the most. He doesn't give a care for those who turn their backs on a battle and run away with their tails between their legs. Lancer can bond well with humans though, and care deeply for them, if given the time. He is amiable, and likes to interact with others.

He has a relaxed and playful approach to things that come his way, the first time around, and to life itself. But when he gets agitated into a fight, or in general, he becomes almost a different person. If he becomes irked, he becomes a hard ass and doesn't care for anyone's feelings. When he's angered, or fueled for battle, that's when people should learn to hold their tongues. He is ruthless in battle. He doesn't let his enemy escape so easily, at least not without spilling their blood, or leaving a mortal wound or two. Lancer is mainly on a business related level with other Servants. He doesn't think of them as friends at all. They're all enemies to him. This Servant looks out for himself, and cares little as to what happens to the others. Mainly, he liked to do things on his own if given the power to. His only goal is to gain the Holy Grail, nothing else.

Lancer can be a lone wolf at times, and has a sharp tongue, ready to retort if he feels the need to. It's either a verbal or a physcial retort. Usually it's verbal. His physical reactions only occur if he is highly irritated. He doesn't care if his identity is known, and even likes to tell people. Sometimes he even likes to show off his skills and abilities, merely to intimidate his enemies.

General Skills/Abilities:

Weapon: He uses a lance, due to his name being Lancer. It is called Gáe Bolg. He uses it for every battle he gets into, besides his melee attacks of mianly kicking, and perhaps a few punches here or there. Advoiding this swift weapon is a chance of sheer luck. Once the weapon is in motion, it intents to strike it's target fast and accurately, aimed towards the heart. When struck by this weapon, you can't heal from the wound, as long as the weapon exsists in the world.

Enhanced Abilities: He has faster speed than an average human, due to the fact he is a demi-god. He can out run any human, and also has a stronger edurance and strength. But he is mostly known for his speed and is called one of the most agile of the Servants. Lancer isn't as strong as the other Servants, but he uses his speed wisely when it comes to being on the battle field.

The Spear of Striking Death Flight: This is a move, that Lancer uses in order to end a fight, or even, yet again, intimidate his enemies. When the throws his lance, with all his migt, it glows brightly, and upon impact, it lets off stored energy, causing an explosion of raw power.

General Weaknesses: Lancer is not one for cunning people and betrayal. It simply makes his blood boil and makes his emotions run high. He falls for assertive women, and is usually drawn to unrealistic promises. Mostly, the mention of his past life, or Bazett makes his mindset unstable, which makes him most vulnerable. In fighting, if he is made upset, he could leave a opening for an enemy to strike.

History: Lancer was once an irish hero known as Cú Chulainn; the "Hound of Culann". He was born from a human mother and a deity father. As his life as a demi-god, he killed a guard dog of a smith. He vowed to give the smith a new hound when one was available. Lancer, in his life as a Sevant, he had a master named Bazett Fraga McRemitz. She was her master until she was attacked by a man named Kotomine Kirei. He chopped over the woman's hand and used her command seal, which orders the Sevants, to command Lancer to kill Bazett, having used the seal to make a new contract with Lancer. When a command is given by one who holds the seal, the Servant must act no matter how he or she wants to do it, or not even. He killed Bazett. He felt remorse, though he didn't show it before the man who killed him. To this day he holds the chains on his concious, though he rarely shows it to anyone, either hiding it behind rage or his playful attitude.

Originally, the reason why Bazett summoned was because she always wanted to have him. As a child, she red up on the story of the "Hound of Culann". Cú Chulainn was a hero, and she greatly appreciated the legend of him and his great battles and good deeds, but was saddened by how short the man's life was. Bazett wanted to save Lance from his fate, by winning the Holy Grail and granting that wish to him. All in all, Lance and Bazett had a strong relationship, perhaps even more than just a Servant and a Master.

After her death, he had no choice but to team up with Kotomine. His new master was a corward, and never sent Lancer out to fight masters, and made him scout out for them. But if Lancer was to meet Servant face to face, he could fight. He met up with Archer, and fought with him. As they fought Shirou stole a glance at the fight. This was agaisnt the rules for a witness to watch their fights. Leaving Archer behind, Lancer tracked down Shirou and stabbed his heart with his spear. He left him bleeding o the floor to leave him for dead, but Tohsaka, Archer's Master, was on teh scene and helped Shirou recover by using her magic.

Realizing Shirou was still alive, Lancer returned to finish the job once and for all. As he moved in for the final strike Saber was summoned, and Shirou was her new master. The two of them fought. Lancer's attacks missed his target and Kotomine told Lancer if his lance was to miss, he was to fall back and return home. He continued scouting more after that. He and Gilgamesh are two servants of Kotomine, but Gilgamesh is really a partner of Kotomine's. They are to be allies, but Lancer despises Gilgamesh with a passion due to his snotty attitude, and for him being of a wealthy past life.

Later, Lance meets up with Saber and Shirou again, later in the series, but I'm yanking him out right in the middle, where he still does his scouting.

Reality Description: Lancer lives in a Japanese city called, Fuyuki City. He, like Gilgamesh, lives in Kotomine's church. Sometimes, if given the time, he likes to go out and fish, swim, dive and rock climb for some activities to do outside of the life as a Servant. Besides that, he resides in his own room, and like sto go out into the city to explore and get to know some of the locals.
